Common questions

Nothing is being filtered / the count shows 0

First check the toggle at the top of the popup is on. If it is, some searches genuinely have no junk (searches for a specific brand, for example). If filtering seems broken on junk-heavy searches, open the popup → Diagnostics. Anything marked FAILED means Amazon changed its page layout — email us a screenshot of that panel and we can usually ship a fix within a day or two.

ClearCart hid something I wanted to see

Click the placeholder ("1 filtered listing — click to reveal") and the listing comes right back — nothing is ever deleted. If it keeps happening for a brand you trust, Pro users can add that brand to their personal allowlist in the popup; or email us the brand name and we'll consider it for the built-in allowlist that ships with updates.

I bought Pro but it isn't showing

Open the popup and click Restore purchase, or restart Chrome so the license check runs again. On a new computer, Restore will ask you to log in with the email you used at purchase. Still stuck? Email us from that address.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Open the popup and click Manage subscription (visible when Pro is active). That opens the secure payment page where you can cancel in one click — you keep Pro until the end of the year you've paid for. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay/Stripe; ClearCart never sees your card details.

Can I get a refund?

If Pro isn't working out within the first 14 days, email support@clearcart.org from your purchase email and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

What data does ClearCart collect?

None. All filtering runs in your browser; there's no server, no analytics, and no account. The only network request the extension ever makes is the Pro license check to extensionpay.com if you subscribe. Full details in the privacy policy.

Does it work outside amazon.com?

Right now ClearCart supports amazon.com. Other Amazon marketplaces (.co.uk, .ca, .de) are on the roadmap — email us if you want to be notified.
